Job Description

Purpose 
Officer: The Quality Enhancement purpose is to implement the university-wide programme enhancement.

Minimum 
  • Any relevant Honors degree (NQF8).
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality. 
  • Assurance/enhancement in a university environment.
Recommendation 
  • Experience in Higher Education environment.

Duties and responsibilities


Quality Enhancement
  • Coordinate student module evaluations.
  • Facilitate module reviews.
  • Design and manage focus groups, data analysis, and present key findings to appropriate partners/stakeholders.
  • Provide support to programme manager on the development of review plans and their implementation.
  • Monitor quality of data/evidence provided for module reviews.
  • Monitor the implementation of module improvement plans.
  • Manage the module review cycle.
Resource Management: Budget and Finance
  • Support programme manager in making input into the CTLPD operational.
  • Implement an approved budget.
Monitoring, Evaluation and Reporting
  • Relevant operational reports as and when required.
  • Research and implement best practices.
  • Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders.
