Purpose 
Officer: The Quality Enhancement purpose is to implement the university-wide programme enhancement.

    Officer: The Quality Enhancement purpose is to implement the university-wide programme enhancement.
Minimum
- Any relevant Honors degree (NQF8).
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in quality. 
- Assurance/enhancement in a university environment.
- Experience in Higher Education environment.
Duties and responsibilities
Quality Enhancement
- Coordinate student module evaluations.
- Facilitate module reviews.
- Design and manage focus groups, data analysis, and present key findings to appropriate partners/stakeholders.
- Provide support to programme manager on the development of review plans and their implementation.
- Monitor quality of data/evidence provided for module reviews.
- Monitor the implementation of module improvement plans.
- Manage the module review cycle.
- Support programme manager in making input into the CTLPD operational.
- Implement an approved budget.
- Relevant operational reports as and when required.
- Research and implement best practices.
- Communicate and consult with relevant stakeholders.
